Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love every Samosa Badshah order. Here's how refunds and cancellations work.

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order for free within 5 minutes of placing it via the app. After that, the kitchen begins preparation and cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Order not delivered.
• Wrong items received.
• Quality issues reported within 10 minutes of delivery with photo proof and video proof.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Wallet refunds are instant.

Open the app → Order → "Help" → "Request Refund". Or email support@samosabadshah.com.
